We are sorry you have experienced issues with your PakIt goods. PakIt’s returns policy is in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

Please note that we do not accept change of mind returns, therefore please ensure you are happy with your purchase prior to checkout.

You can choose a refund or exchange if your goods have a major problem. This is when the goods:

· have a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the goods if they had known about it

· are unsafe

· are significantly different from the sample or description

· doesn’t do what we said they would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the goods and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

If your goods have a problem that is not major, we will provide a refund or replacement.

To request a refund or replacement of goods due to problems with the goods, please:

• Locate your proof of purchase

   

• Contact Customer Service via email at xxxx . They will ask you to provide us with your proof of purchase and a summary of your concern about the goods. They might also ask for photographs of the goods.

   

• If requested by us, return the goods to us at 20 Goodall Close, South Dandenong, VIC 3175. This will be at your cost, unless we tell you otherwise.

   

• Provide any other information requested by us to enable us to consider your request.

   

• Upon receipt of the requested material, we will consider your request and advise you of its response.

Note, refunds will only be issued using your original payment method, which includes the same card or digital platform (such as mobile or watch payment, e-wallet etc) used for the initial purchase.

You will be asked for information that is relevant to your return or to satisfy legislative requirement. If you do not provide this information, then we may be unable to process your return. When returning goods with proof of purchase, you may be asked for your signature as authorisation of the return transaction. Information collected will be securely stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
